You are looking at a used Yamaha Raider Detachable Passenger Backrest with lock and key.  It is in good condition with the exception of scratches along the edges and small tear on the seam of backrest pad.  "See Pictures"  

Docking Hardware in NOT included with the purchase of backrest.
